8 to 10 cups (2 to 2.5L)
Romaine lettuce, torn
1/3 cup (75mL)
Halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup (75mL)
Green pepper strips
¼ cup (50mL)
Blue cheese salad dressing, store bought OR a salad dressing of your choice
2 tbsp (30mL)
MAPLE LEAF Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Real Bacon Pieces
2 tbsp (30mL)
Chopped walnuts

Directions
-
TOSS turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers with salad dressing in a large bowl.
DIVIDE between 2 plates and sprinkle with bacon and walnuts.
TIP: Add 1/3 cup (75mL) of crumbled blue cheese before serving.
