Bien remuer pour m\u00e9langer. <\/li><li>R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange dans la cavit\u00e9 de chaque courge. <\/li><li>Faire r\u00f4tir pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les courges soient bien cuites et tendres lorsqu\u2019elles sont perc\u00e9es \u00e0 la fourchette.
