d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re perfor\u00e9e, d\u00e9poser le bacon sur une assiette tapiss\u00e9e de papier absorbant. Retirer tout le gras du bacon fondu, sauf une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe. Ajouter le beurre et faire fondre. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les choux de Bruxelles et laisser dorer en remuant souvent, environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 du bacon, la cr\u00e8me, le bouillon de poulet, la noix de muscade et la farine instantan\u00e9e. Bien m\u00e9langer et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Laisser mijoter pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes environ. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les choux de Bruxelles doivent \u00eatre tendres \/ croquants et la sauce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paissie.
