beurre \u00e0 feu doux dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. Ajouter les oignons, la feuille de laurier et le thym. Faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 moyen pendant 30 \u00e0 40 minutes en remuant souvent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Ajouter le x\u00e9r\u00e8s, saler et poivrer, et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Jeter la feuille de laurier et le thym, placer les oignons dans un bol et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler la m\u00eame po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 et ajouter le poulet, en brisant les plus gros morceaux avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois ou d\u2019une spatule. Faire cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes en remuant fr\u00e9quemment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet commence \u00e0 \u00eatre brun et croustillant. Ajouter un peu de beurre ou d\u2019huile si la po\u00eale est trop s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tendre le beurre \u00e0 l\u2019ail sur chaque tranche de pain et les placer sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange d\u2019oignons sur chaque tranche de pain, puis ajouter le poulet par-dessus. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer les fromages et les saupoudrer uniform\u00e9ment sur le dessus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer la plaque sur la grille centrale du four pendant environ 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage ait fondu et que les crostinis soient bien chauds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler le four \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature et cuire pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes de plus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les crostinis soient dor\u00e9s et bouillonnent. Retirer du four et garnir de persil.
