class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Disposer les champignons sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et les arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher finement les pieds des champignons et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffer une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 et faire cuire le bacon pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes. Lorsque le bacon devient croustillant et dor\u00e9, ajouter les pieds de champignons et les poivrons rouges hach\u00e9s. Faire cuire pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tout juste ramollis. Ajouter l\u2019ail et le persil et poursuivre la cuisson pendant environ 1 minute en remuant fr\u00e9quemment. Retirer du feu et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, ajouter les fromages, la chapelure, le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et le m\u00e9lange de bacon r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0M\u00e9langer et bien combiner avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Diviser le m\u00e9lange et avec des mains propres, former de petites boules et remplir les cavit\u00e9s des champignons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer les champignons farcis sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recouvrir les champignons d\u2019une feuille d\u2019aluminium sans serrer et faire cuire au four pendant 20 minutes. Retirer la feuille d\u2019aluminium et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 6 \u00e0 7 minutes.
