l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 trous, le retirer de la po\u00eale et le d\u00e9poser dans une assiette recouverte d&rsquo;essuie-tout. Jeter le gras de bacon de la po\u00eale, sauf 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gras de bacon \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 et ajouter le chou et les oignons. Remuer de temps en temps pendant environ 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes aient ramolli et commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 brunir.<\/li><li>Verser la cr\u00e8me et ajouter le beurre dans une grande casserole et faire chauffer doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien chaude. Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre, le m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes et tout sauf 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de bacon cuit. Bien m\u00e9langer avec une spatule en caoutchouc.<\/li><li>Assaisonner au go\u00fbt.
