flocons de piment, au go\u00fbt.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Placer le poulet sur une grande plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Arroser avec 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de miel et l&rsquo;ail. Presser la moiti\u00e9 du quartier de citron sur le poulet et saupoudrer l&rsquo;assaisonnement sur le dessus. M\u00e9langer pour bien enrober.<\/li><li>Mettre les patates douces dans un grand bol et verser le reste de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sur le dessus. Saupoudrer les graines de s\u00e9same et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. M\u00e9langer pour bien enrober. Disposer les patates douces autour des poitrines de poulet sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Faire cuire au centre du four pendant 30 \u00e0 35 minutes, en retournant les patates douces \u00e0 mi-cuisson. Le poulet doit atteindre une temp\u00e9rature interne de 165 \u00b0F et les patates douces doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9es et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es.&nbsp;Place lettuce and sundried tomatoes with oil in a large bowl. Squeeze remaining lemon over top and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, mettre la laitue et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au soleil avec l&rsquo;huile. Presser le reste du citron sur le dessus et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. M\u00e9langer pour bien enrober.<\/li><li>Assembler le repas en divisant et en \u00e9talant le hummus au centre de des assiettes. Trancher le poulet et le placer sur le dessus. D\u00e9poser les patates douces dans l&rsquo;assiette, puis la salade. Garnir de f\u00e9ta et d&rsquo;aneth, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
