et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dans un petit bol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien combin\u00e9s. Ajouter le bouillon de poulet, l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, la sauce soya, le miel et le piment si utilis\u00e9. Fouetter pour bien m\u00e9langer et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive ou un wok \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire cuire le poulet pendant 4 \u00e0 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit dor\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et les champignons et cuire en remuant fr\u00e9quemment pendant environ 3 \u00e0 4 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient ramollis et parfum\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et cuire 1 minute de plus.<\/li><li>Ajouter les pak-cho\u00efs et les pois mange-tout et verser la sauce sur le dessus. Remuer pour bien enrober et laisser mijoter pendant environ 2 minutes.<\/li><li>Ajouter le chou et les carottes et remuer pour les incorporer. Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pour faire fl\u00e9trir le chou, environ 5 minutes en remuant souvent.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Assaisonner de sel et de poivre au go\u00fbt. Pour un saut\u00e9 avec plus de sauce, ajouter un peu plus de bouillon de poulet.
