\u00b0F. Tapisser 2 plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Placer les d\u00e9s de patate douce, de courge et de betterave dans un grand bol. Verser 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;olive dans le bol, puis le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable, le romarin et le sel d&rsquo;ail. M\u00e9langer pour bien enrober et disposer sur une des plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li><li>Mettre le poulet dans le m\u00eame bol et arroser avec la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive restante. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre et remuer pour bien enrober. Disposer le poulet autour des l\u00e9gumes sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Couper le beurre en petits cubes et le placer sur le dessus de chaque haut de cuisse de poulet.<\/li><li>Placer les quartiers de chou et les carottes sur la deuxi\u00e8me plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et les assaisonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de sel et de poivre.<\/li><li>Placer la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie contenant le poulet sur la grille centrale du four et placer la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie contenant le chou et les carottes sur la grille inf\u00e9rieure. Faire cuire pendant 35 \u00e0 40 minutes. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de pinces, retourner les quartiers de chou et les carottes. R\u00e9gler le gril du four au niveau bas et faire griller pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes de plus, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit dor\u00e9 et croustillant.
