\u00e0 425 \u00b0F. Tapisser une grande plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, ajouter le poulet hach\u00e9, les \u00e9pinards, la f\u00e9ta, les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au soleil, l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;\u0153uf, la chapelure, l&rsquo;origan et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien combin\u00e9.<\/li><li>Diviser le m\u00e9lange de viande et former 30 boulettes. Les d\u00e9poser sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie en laissant un espace de 1 pouce entre les boulettes de viande.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les pommes de terre avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus de citron, l&rsquo;origan, le sel et le poivre.<\/li><li>Vaporiser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d&rsquo;huile de cuisson un plat de cuisson de 8 x 11 pouces. Verser le bouillon de poulet dans le plat et ajouter l&rsquo;ail. D\u00e9poser les pommes de terre dans le plat, garnir de beurre et ajouter les quartiers de citron r\u00e9serv\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Placer les pommes de terre sur la grille centrale du four. Laisser les pommes de terre cuire pendant 15 minutes. Mettre la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie contenant les boulettes de viande au four sur la grille centrale \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des pommes de terre et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 20 \u00e0 22 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les boulettes de viande aient atteint une temp\u00e9rature interne de 165 \u00b0F et que les pommes de terre soient tendres lorsqu&rsquo;on les perce avec une fourchette.<\/li><li>D\u00e9poser la quantit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e de boulettes de viande au centre de l&rsquo;assiette, arroser de sauce tzatziki et saupoudrer de f\u00e9ta suppl\u00e9mentaire et de tomates cerises en d\u00e9s.
