class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 \u00b0F.  Vaporiser d&rsquo;enduit \u00e0 cuisson un plat \u00e0 r\u00f4tir et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Fouetter tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour le gla\u00e7age dans un petit bol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien combin\u00e9s. Badigeonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement le poulet de gla\u00e7age en r\u00e9servant une petite quantit\u00e9 pour arroser \u00e0 mi-cuisson. D\u00e9poser le poulet dans le plat \u00e0 r\u00f4tir et vaporiser un peu d&rsquo;huile sur le dessus.<\/li><li>Faire r\u00f4tir le poulet sur la grille centrale du four pendant 20 minutes. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 400 \u00b0F et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 40 \u00e0 45 minutes. \u00c0 mi-cuisson, badigeonner le poulet avec le reste du gla\u00e7age. Si le poulet brunit trop rapidement, le couvrir l\u00e2chement de papier d&rsquo;aluminium et le retirer pour les 10 \u00e0 15 derni\u00e8res minutes de cuisson. Le poulet doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9 et cuit \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature interne de 165 \u00b0F. Laisser reposer quelques minutes avant de d\u00e9couper.<\/li><li>Jeunes pak-cho\u00ef et champignons :<br><br>Faire chauffer le beurre et l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ajouter les champignons, sans remuer. Laisser les champignons dorer et caram\u00e9liser pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.
