marinade dans un bol de taille moyenne et fouetter pour combiner.<\/li><li>Ajouter le poulet \u00e0 la marinade et m\u00e9langer pour enrober uniform\u00e9ment le poulet.<\/li><li>Couvrir et laisser reposer 20 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li><li>Placer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et les carottes.<\/li><li>Faire cuire, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les carottes aient ramolli, mais soient encore un peu croquantes. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre et r\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Essuyer la po\u00eale, la remettre sur le feu et ajouter le reste de l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same.<\/li><li>Ajouter les champignons et faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tendres et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre et r\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Placer une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive sur un feu moyen et ajouter le poulet.<\/li><li>Faire cuire le poulet sans le d\u00e9ranger pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9. Remuer le poulet et poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la marinade ait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paissi et que le poulet soit bien cuit, environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Essuyer la po\u00eale, la remettre sur un feu moyennement doux et ajouter le beurre. Une fois que le beurre a fondu et commence \u00e0 mousser, casser les \u0153ufs dans la po\u00eale et faire frire les \u0153ufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les bords commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre dor\u00e9s, environ 2 minutes.<\/li><li>Avec pr\u00e9caution, retourner les \u0153ufs et les faire cuire pendant quelques secondes.<\/li><li>Pour servir, r\u00e9partir le riz dans un grand bol. Ajouter le poulet puis les carottes, le chou, les concombres et les champignons.<\/li><li>Garnir chaque bol d&rsquo;un \u0153uf, d&rsquo;oignon vert, de graines de s\u00e9same et de coriandre, au
