\u00b0F.<\/li><li>Dans un petit bol, combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients de l&rsquo;enrobage de poulet et m\u00e9langer. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Disposer les hauts de cuisse de poulet sur une plaque de cuisson et saupoudrer uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange sur les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du poulet. Laisser reposer pendant 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant que le poulet marine, mettre une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 frire \u00e0 feu moyen et ajouter le bacon. Faire cuire le bacon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit dor\u00e9. Retirer le bacon de la po\u00eale et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Verser le gras du bacon dans un petit bol et mettre \u00e9galement de c\u00f4t\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Remettre la po\u00eale sur la cuisini\u00e8re \u00e0 feu moyen et ajouter la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et 4 hauts de cuisse de poulet. Faire cuire pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s, puis les retourner et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus. Retirer le poulet de la po\u00eale et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec les 4 autres hauts de cuisse et le reste d&rsquo;huile.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, \u00e0 feu doux (il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de nettoyer la po\u00eale), ajouter 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de gras de bacon, l\u2019oignon et l&rsquo;ail, et faire cuire pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit tendre.<\/li><li>Incorporer l&rsquo;orzo et faire griller pendant 2 minutes.<\/li><li>D\u00e9glacer la po\u00eale avec le vin et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 1 minute. Ajouter le bouillon de poulet, la cr\u00e8me, les tomates cerises et les \u00e9pinards et porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Placer le poulet dans l&rsquo;orzo. Le poulet doit \u00eatre presque enti\u00e8rement recouvert du m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;orzo.<\/li><li>Placer la po\u00eale dans le four sur la grille du milieu et faire cuire pendant 20&nbsp;minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les hauts de cuisse de poulet atteignent 165 \u00b0F avec un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande.<\/li><li>Retirer le poulet de la po\u00eale.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pour terminer le plat d&rsquo;orzo, ajouter les asperges, les petits pois, le persil et le fromage parmesan. M\u00e9langer puis ajouter le jus de citron. Rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement avec du sel et du poivre au besoin.<\/li><li>Pour servir, d\u00e9poser un peu d&rsquo;orzo dans un bol et garnir de quelques morceaux de
