doux et ajouter l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, le gingembre et l&rsquo;ail. Faire cuire, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, pendant une minute jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient parfum\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade en fouettant. Remettre sur le feu et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li><li>Dans un plat allant au four, ajouter les hauts de cuisse de poulet et les recouvrir de la marinade, en veillant \u00e0 ce que le poulet soit uniform\u00e9ment enrob\u00e9. Conserver un peu de marinade pour l&rsquo;utiliser lors de la cuisson. Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant une heure et demie. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le barbecue \u00e0 400 \u00b0F.<\/li><li>Retirer le poulet de la marinade et le saler des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ramener le poulet \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de le griller.<\/li><li>\u00c9teindre la moiti\u00e9 du gril et placer le poulet c\u00f4t\u00e9 sans peau vers le bas pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Retourner le poulet c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau et le badigeonner avec le reste de la marinade. Faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne du poulet atteigne 165 \u00b0F.<\/li><li>Placer le poulet dans un plat et le garnir d&rsquo;oignons verts, de graines de s\u00e9same
