:<strong> <\/strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220 \u00b0C (425 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer le poulet dans un grand bol et l\u2019assaisonner de sel et de poivre noir. Ajouter la poudre de chili, la p\u00e2te d\u2019ail, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser le poulet sur une plaque et cuire au four pendant 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer du four. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, badigeonner le poulet de la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce BBQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre le poulet au four pendant 15 minutes. Retirer du four et badigeonner \u00e0 nouveau de sauce BBQ, puis allumer le grilloir pendant 4 \u00e0 6 minutes et cuire le poulet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il commence \u00e0 brunir sur les bords. Retirer du four et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riz au safran :<strong>  <\/strong>Pendant que le poulet est au four, moudre environ 10 brins de safran jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une poudre fine. M\u00e9langer le safran moulu avec 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau et r\u00e9server pour le faire infuser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rincer le riz \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau soit claire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, chauffer le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Ajouter l\u2019oignon et le faire sauter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit ramolli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le riz et cuire avec l\u2019oignon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien enrob\u00e9 et devienne nacr\u00e9. Verser l\u2019infusion de safran dans le m\u00e9lange de riz et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le lait au m\u00e9lange de riz, puis le bouillon de poulet, la feuille de laurier, les b\u00e2tons de cannelle et une bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel. Remuer le m\u00e9lange, puis amener l\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baisser \u00e0 feu doux et couvrir. Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz ait absorb\u00e9 l\u2019eau, environ 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir le poulet BBQ saupoudr\u00e9 de graines de s\u00e9same sur le riz.
