cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile. Ajouter les noix de cajou et faire cuire pendant 3 ou 4 minutes. Remuer continuellement  les noix pour obtenir une coloration uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9goutter, retirer les noix de cajou du wok en \u00e9gouttant l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019huile. R\u00e9server les noix de cajou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 au wok et faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 lib\u00e9rer son ar\u00f4me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrer la moiti\u00e9 de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs sur le poulet en d\u00e9s et bien poivrer. Ajouter les hauts de cuisse enrob\u00e9s dans le wok chaud. Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s. Retirer le poulet \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9goutter et le conserver avec les noix de cajou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer la sauce soya, la sauce hoisin, le vinaigre de vin et le bouillon de poulet dans le wok. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes en d\u00e9s et les faire sauter \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le poulet et les noix de cajou et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 1 minute. M\u00e9langer le reste de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs avec de l\u2019eau pour la diluer et l\u2019ajouter au m\u00e9lange de cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire 1 minute de plus, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe et enrobe le poulet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assaisonner le poulet et le garnir d\u2019oignons verts \u00e9minc\u00e9s.
