R\u00e9server \u00bd tasse d\u2019eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes, puis \u00e9goutter les p\u00e2tes. Garder au chaud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale moyenne, r\u00e9chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter le bacon et le jambon coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s et faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit croustillant. Ajouter et faire fondre une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 et faire revenir pendant 30 secondes. Ajouter le spaghetti cuit \u00e0 la po\u00eale et bien m\u00e9langer avec le bacon et le jambon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un petit bol, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet, m\u00e9langer l\u2019\u0153uf, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le parmesan. Ajoutez lentement les p\u00e2tes en remuant vigoureusement pour que les \u0153ufs ne cuisent pas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes, petit \u00e0 petit, en m\u00e9langeant bien. Vous devriez obtenir une sauce cr\u00e9meuse.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assaisonner le plat avec du poivre noir, du persil hach\u00e9 et du fromage parmesan
