Bacon Cauliflower Parmesan Marinara Toss

Ingredients

1 pkg Maple Leaf® Original Natural Bacon, large dice

1 small head cauliflower cut into florets

1 560 ml jar marinara sauce

¼ cup fresh basil, minced

¾ tbsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced

4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until bacon is just starting to crisp.

Add cauliflower and cook for 4 to 5 minutes longer until cauliflower starts to brown and bacon is crispy. Add seasoning and cook 1 minute longer.

Pour in marinara sauce and sundried tomatoes, simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cauliflower is tender / crisp.

Add basil just before serving. Remove onto serving platter and sprinkle parmesan over top.

Tips:
Serve with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
