Rainbow Veggie & Ham Bundles

Ingredients

1 package Maple Leaf ® Natural Selections® Black Forest Ham Deli Meat 175g

1 bundle of fresh chives

1 small red pepper, sliced

1 small orange pepper, sliced

1 small yellow pepper, sliced

2 carrots, cut into sticks

1 bundle of green beans, blanched

1 cup spinach and artichoke dip, prepared

Directions

Lay each slice of black forest ham onto a cutting board.

Divide and spread a thin layer of dip onto each slice of ham.

Divide vegetables and place onto the far edge of the meat, roll tightly.

Secure by tying a few strands of chive around the bundle.

Tips: Try using your favourite seasonal vegetables and switching the dip to hummus.
These can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator to enjoy any time.
