  • 1375g pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Top Dogs™ BBQ Format
  • 1cup tangy garlic dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 4tbsp white onion, finely chopped
  • 4tsp red pepper, finely chopped
  • ½tsp fresh lime juice
  • 6hot dog buns, split
  • Mustard
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Cook hot dogs per package directions. Toast buns if desired.
  3. In a small bowl combine pickles, onion, pepper and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
  4. Place each hot dog into bun and spoon pickle de gallo over top. Drizzle with mustard.

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place hot dog buns side by side on baking sheet.
  4. Spoon half the pizza sauce into the base of bun.
  5. Place hot dog over top followed by spooning remaining sauce over top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over hot dogs and top with bacon bits and pepperoni. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  7. Bake in oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until pepperoni is starting to crisp and cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with basil if using. Serve immediately.

  • 1384 g package hot dog buns
  • 3tbsp garlic butter, prepared
  • 8slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½cup chili, prepared
  • ½tsp parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place hot dog buns facing up in a 9 inch casserole dish.
  3. Carefully slice bun working your knife all the way around the top of bun. Using your fingers create a depression by pushing bread firmly down.
  4. Melt garlic butter and baste bread all over using a pastry brush.
  5. Bake buns for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  6. Gently fold cheese into each bun followed with hot dog and then spoon chili over top.
  7. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until cheese has melted and chili is bubbling. Sprinkle parsley over top. Serve immediately.

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl combine cheese, peppers and bacon bits.
  3. Cook hot dogs to package directions.
  4. Place buns onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Place grilled hot dogs into buns and sprinkle cheese mixture over top.
  5. Place baking sheet onto grill, turn off heat and close lid for about 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Use heat on only one-half side of your grill to cook the hot dogs. Use the indirect heat on the other side of your grill when melting the cheese!

  • 6hot dog buns, split top
  • 4ears of fresh corn
  • cup crumbled fresh cotija or queso fresco cheese
  • ½tsp chili powder
  • 2tbsp butter, melted
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
  • ½tsp jalapeno, deseeded and minced – optional
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Grill corn turning frequently for about 8 to 10 mins or until corn is browning and blistering. Remove from grill and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Carefully using a sharp knife cut the kernals from the cobb. Place into a large bowl.
  4. Add chili powder, cheese, butter, lime juice, cilantro and jalapeno if using. Toss well to combine and keep warm.
  5. Grill hot dogs per package directions.
  6. Place hot dogs into buns and top with corn mixture. Serve immediately.
