  • 165g Pkg Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Natural Bacon Slices
  • ½Cup goat cheese, creamy
  • 12Medjool dates
  • ¼Cup honey
  • ¼Cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Split the dates in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and discard.
  4. In a small bowl mix the goat cheese, honey and chopped walnuts and set aside.
  5. Stuff each date with goat cheese mixture, then gently squeeze to seal. Wrap each date with bacon and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Seal using a toothpick to prevent the bacon from unwrapping. Repeat the same with the remaining dates.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the bacon is crisping.
  7. Serve warm.

  • ½Cup 375g package of Maple Leaf
    Original Bacon, Diced
  • ½Cup 250g Maple Leaf® Original Natural Smoked Ham, diced
  • 250gspaghetti noodles
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 2garlic cloves minced
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 1large egg
  • 2Egg yolks
  • 1Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼teaspoon black pepper
  • Parsley, garnish
  1. In a medium saucepan with lid cook spaghetti as per the instructions on the box. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. Keep warm.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat up olive oil. Add diced bacon and ham and cook until crispy. Add one tablespoon of butter and let melt.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well with bacon and ham.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, egg yolk and Parmesan. Slowly add the pasta, whisking vigorously so the egg won’t scramble. 
  5. Add pasta water, a little bit at a time, whisking well. It should turn into a creamy sauce. 
  6. Season dish with black pepper, chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.

  1. Bacon Rice Krispies:

    In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and half the bacon.
  3. Press mixture into a lightly greased baking pan, using spatula.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, Cool and cut into bars.
  5. Apple – Raspberry Crisp:

    Preheat the oven at 350 F.
  6. Grease 4 Ramakins, toss in apples and raspberries.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and salt.
  8. Stir to combine the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Incorporate the butter into the dry ingredients until you have a coarse crumbles.
  9. Evenly spoon the crumbly mixture over the top, making sure to cover it completely.
  10. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. The fruit should be soft and the top golden and crisp.
  11. Sprinkle with ready crisp
  12. Chocolate Bacon:

    Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange bacon in a single layer in a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes, pour off drippings.
  13. Melt white chocolate in a microwave until smooth. Brush onto both sides of half the bacon strips.
  14. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave until smooth. Brush onto both sides of the remaining half the bacon strips.
  15. Sprinkle the bacon strips with chopped toppings mix and place on a lined baking tray.
  16. Refrigerate until set.

  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut 20 x 2cm wide strips. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and gently drizzle maple syrup on the pastry strips.
  3. Place the cut bacon strips on the pastry strips and gently pressing to secure.
  4. Fold the bacon topped pastry to form a tree, starting with a wider base and narrowing as you go.
  5. Slide a skewer through the base of the tree and up through to the top of the tree. Gently spread the layers slightly to retain the tree shape.
  6. Repeat for the remaining pastry strips.
  7. Brush the Bacon pastry tree with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes or until pastry turns golden brown and bacon is fully cooked through.
  8. Serve with chopped parsley.

  • 1(400g) loaf sourdough bread, Slice and cut the bread into 1-inch cubes.
  • 1cup pumpkin puree
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • 5medium eggs
  • cups whole milk
  • 3teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¼tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a 11×7-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread cubes of bread in the dish.
  3. Whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Pour evenly over bread. Rest the baking dish for 10 minutes to let the bread absorb the liquid mixture.
  4. Sprinkle diced sausage topping evenly over casserole and bake uncovered for 10 minutes, and then cover with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until center appears set and is no longer runny.
  5. Prepare the Bacon as per instructions on the box and finely dice them.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bacon crisp over the French toast and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Big Mac Hotdogs

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Whisk together all the special sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place 2 Hotdogs on the grill using tongs.
  4. While the hot dogs are cooking, toast the buns.
  5. Place two slices of American cheese into each hot dog bun. Return the buns to the grill for 1-2 minutes for the cheese to melt.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce into each hot dog bun.
  7. Place both grilled hot dog into the bun and place 3-4 pickle slices. Sprinkle white onion over top.
  8. Drizzle the hot dog with the special sauce and serve.

BLT Hotdogs

  1. Tightly wrap each hot dog with bacon.
  2. Place on the grill over medium heat, cook hot dogs, turning frequently with tons, until bacon is crispy and cooked through for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, spread mayonnaise onto each toasted hot dog bun, then layer in romaine and tomatoes. Top with bacon-wrapped hot dog and serve.

Nacho cheese Hotdogs

  1. To the heated grill add hot dogs and grill them a couple minutes per side.
  2. Serve the hot dogs on toasted hotdog buns, then top with nacho cheese, crushed tortilla chips, jalapeno slices, diced tomato, and guacamole.

Chimichurri Smoked Sausage

  1. Grill the sausage until the exterior is crisp and char marks appear, about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  2. Serve grilled sausages in toasted buns and top with chimichurri sauce
    and pickled red shallots.

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Prepare the Bacon as per instructions on the box and finely dice them.
  3. Toast breadcrumbs by melting butter in a nonstick skillet. Add the breadcrumbs and stir to coat, then cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant.
