  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Prepare the Bacon as per instructions on the box and finely dice them.
  3. Toast breadcrumbs by melting butter in a nonstick skillet. Add the breadcrumbs and stir to coat, then cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the romaine with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the romaine stalks on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes, until the lettuce becomes charred, then flip over and grill for an additional 1 minute.
  5. Remove the lettuce from grill and place them on a plate and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  6. Top the lettuce with tomato, breadcrumbs and diced bacon and serve immediately.

  1. Preheat one side of the grill to medium high heat. Prepare a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

Grilled Chicken drumsticks

  1. Place Maple Leaf Prime® drumsticks, & Mediterranean dry spice in a large zip lock bag. Massage chicken in bag well to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
  2. Using tongs place chicken drumsticks onto the grill shaking away any residual marinade.
  3. Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Place chicken onto baking sheet and place on side of the grill that has not been heated. Keep heat on the opposite side of grill on.
  4. Close lid and cook on residual heat for about 15 to 18 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast

  1. Place Maple Leaf Prime® Thin Sliced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast and BBQ sauce in a large zip lock bag. Massage chicken in bag well to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
  2. Using tongs place chicken breast onto the grill shaking away any residual marinade.
  3. Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes and brush with remaining BBQ sauce and place chicken onto baking sheet and place on side of the grill that has not been heated. Keep heat on the opposite side of grill on.
  4. Close lid and cook on residual heat for about 8-10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

  • 250gmacaroni pasta
  • 3cups cauliflower florets
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½cup scallion, chopped
  • 1cup milk
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook bacon until just crisp, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon remove onto a paper towel lined plate and keep warm. Once cooled down dice them into small pieces.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. adding the cauliflower florets during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Reserve 1 cup cooking water, then drain.
  6. Melt the butter in the pan used for cooking bacon over medium heat to the reserved bacon drippings in the pan.
  7. Whisk in the flour and cook, whisking, until the flour is lightly toasted.
  8. Whisk in the milk and reserved pasta water and cook until slightly thickened.
  9. Add the cheeses and whisk until creamy.
  10. Stir the pasta, cauliflower and finely diced bacon into the cheese sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.

  • 4slices Maple Leaf® Original Natural Bacon, diced
  • 4pita breads
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1cup lettuce
  • 1medium red onion, diced
  • 1cucumber, diced
  • ¼cup parsley
  • 4tbsp hummus
  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add bacon and sausage to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 4 to 5 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Gently cut open the pita and coat with a thin layer of cheese.
