  • Preparation

    1. Add about 1 tsp of salt directly to the dry chopped cabbage and mix thoroughly. Let rest for 15 minutes until water is pulled out and squeeze out as much water from the cabbage as possible.
    2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, drained cabbage, scallions, cilantro, soy sauce, grated garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
    3. Place 1/2 tbsp of filling in the center of each wrapper. Wet two adjacent sides of your wrapper with water, then fold over and seal.
    4. Boil water in a pot and place the wontons for 3-4 minutes on a high simmer until the dumplings float.
    5. Drain and serve hot.

    1. Spread ¼ cup hummus on each tortilla.

    4. Roll tightly and wrap securely in plastic. Keep refrigerated for 10 minutes.
    5. Remove from the refrigerator and slice each wrap into quarters and serve.

    1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Working one at a time, roll each tater tot in a bacon strip. Place tots on the baking sheet and brush with sweet chili sauce
    3. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon and tots are fully cooked. Brush with additional sweet chili sauce.
    4. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.

Ham and Guac Sandwich

    1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and grill the buns over the melted butter until golden brown.

Shredded Chicken Latke

  • Ingredients

    • 1(250g) pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Shredded Chicken
    • 2cups potatoes, peeled and Julienne
    • 2cups carrots, peeled and Julienne
    • 2cups zucchini, peeled and Julienne
    • 1medium red onion, sliced
    • 2eggs
    • ½cup all-purpose flour
    • 1cup canola oil
    • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation

    1. Combine Maple Leaf® Natural Shredded Chicken, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    2. Heat oil in a skillet. Take 1/3 cup of the mixture and flatten it on the hand to form a latke and repeat the procedure until all of the mixture is used.
    3. Add 4 latke’s to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
    4. Remove from skillet and transfer to a paper-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
    5. Serve warm.

    2. Cut each hot dog in half, crosswise.

Wrapped Dog Skewers

    • 1green pepper, cubed
    • 1zucchini, cubed
    • 1yellow pepper, cubed

    1. Heat grill to 400°F.
