  • 4Maple Leaf Original Chicken Sausages, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 3bell peppers (any mix of colours), thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoon chili powder
  • 1teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    • ½ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even roasting. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove baking sheet form oven and move the veggies to one side. To the other side add the sliced chicken sausages. Return to oven and roast for an additional 20 minutes or until sausages are golden and veggies are soft.
  5. While the sheet pan is in the oven, prepare your rice or grain of choice according to package instructions.
  6. Once everything is cooked, assemble your bowls by adding a base of rice, then topping with the roasted sausage and vegetable mixture.
  7. Finish with your preferred toppings such as avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, or fresh cilantro. Serve warm.

  • 1medium red onion, cut into chunks
  • 3tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

    1 teaspoon paprika

    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken sausages, bell peppers, broccoli, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle in dried oregano, dried parsley, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
  4. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip/stir the sausages and veggies. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until sausage is golden brown and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. While the sheet pan is in the oven, option to prepare your rice or grain of choice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1300g pkg ML Italian Mozzarella Chicken sausage, sliced to ½ inch pieces
  • 1200 g farfalle pasta
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2cloves garlic, minced
  • 8oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup heavy cream

    • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    ½ cup parmesan cheese, gratedic

    • kosher salt, to taste

        1. In a medium pan cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water when draining.
        2. Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
        3. Add sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, 2-3 minutes each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
        4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, add the mushrooms, stirring well. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
        5. Add cream and about ½ cup of the reserved pasta water. Stir in salt, pepper, parsley, and parmesan. Cook until the sauce has thickened, adding more pasta water if needed.
        6. Add the cooked pasta and toss well. Mix in the cooked sausages and transfer to a serving dish.
        7. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan to serve.

        • ½medium Yellow Onion, diced
        • 1cup Red peppers, diced
        • 1cup Green peppers, diced
        • 4cups Mozzarella, shredded
        • 8Naan, cooked
        • 1tbsp olive oil
        • 1Jalapeno, sliced (optional)
        1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced vegetables to the pan and sauté for three minutes.
        2. Stir the sausage into the skillet and continue to sauté over medium heat for another ten minutes or until lightly browned. Remove sausage from pan.
        3. Reduce heat to medium. Place one naan in the pan. Top with ¼ each of cheese and sausage mixture on one end and fold. Cook quesadilla for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is crisp and lightly browned and cheese is melted.
        4. Remove quesadilla from pan and repeat with remaining naan.

        • 1375 g pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Original Smoked Sausage, diced.
        • 88-inch flour tortilla
        • 1Medium red onion finely diced.
        • 1Russet potato, diced
        • 1Red pepper, diced
        • 10medium eggs
        • 1cup Half and half
        • ¼cup olive oil
        • 1teaspoon Salt
        • 1Tsp Salt
        • 1teaspoon pepper
        1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        2. In large skillet, sauté sausage, diced potato and red onions until sausage is fully cooked and brown.
        3. Place 1/4 cup of sausage filling inside each tortilla and roll up.
        4. Spray 9*13 Inch baking dish with non- stick spray and place the tortilla in the baking dish seam side down.
        5. In a bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and pour over stuffed tortillas. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
        6. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and spread the shredded cheese over the tortillas and continue to bake until eggs have full cooked and the cheese is melted.
        7. Serve with Tomato salsa.

        1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray roasting dish with cooking oil and set aside.
        2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken into roasting dish and drizzle 3 tablespoon of olive oil over top.
        3. Roast chicken on center rack of the oven for 45 minutes until deep golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
        4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a Dutch oven or Stockpot and whisk in the flour and mix until a nutty aroma is achieved. (Do not stop whisking or the mixture will burn).
        5. Add the red onion, red pepper, celery, and tomato and continue cooking until the vegetables begin to soften.
        6. Add the sausage and stir for 1 minute to combine.
        7. Stir in garlic, paprika, cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly and scrapping any brown bits on the bottom of the pot.
        8. Slowly add the chicken stock and stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
        9. Remove the chicken from the pan and serve with the sauce.

        • 1(375g pkg) Maple Leaf® Natural Original Smoked Sausage, diced
        • 4slices Maple Leaf® Original Natural Bacon, diced
        • 4pita breads
        • 1cup cheddar cheese, shredded
        • 1cup lettuce
        • 1medium red onion, diced
        • 1cucumber, diced
        • ¼cup parsley
        • 4tbsp hummus
        1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
        2. Add bacon and sausage to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 4 to 5 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
        3. Gently cut open the pita and coat with a thin layer of cheese.
        4. Top the cheese with lettuce, red onions, bacon and sausage.
        5. Add more shredded cheese on top and fold the pita over to enclose.
        6. Carefully place the pita quesadilla in a pan and cook over medium heat until cheese begins to melt and tortilla is golden brown.
        7. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for 1- 2 more minutes. Transfer to a plate.
        8. Slice into quarters and serve.
